Lucas Peters brings over 10 years of crop insurance experience to Professional Ag Services. For the last 6 years, he was a lead marketing specialist with NAU Crop Insurance in southern MN and southern SD where his primary responsibilities included learning new products, training agents, and working with farmers through the entire crop insurance process. Adding an insurance specialist to the team at Pro Ag will help create and execute unique risk protection packages for each of our livestock and grain customers.
Lucas graduated from SDSU with an agronomy degree and has worked for Syngenta and Pioneer in the past. Lucas lives in Luverne, MN with his wife Wendy, two daughters, and one dog. He grew up on a farm near Clark, SD and still farms with his parents growing corn and soybeans with a side project of growing popcorn and pumpkins.
